Use the Requesting Location Audit Report (RQ191) to print a report of all field maintenance activity that occurred in the Requesting Location table. This report includes the field description, before and after field values, andthe date and time the maintenance occurred. This report also includes theoperator signed at the time the maintenance was done. You must print this report for a specific company. You can also specify a dateand/or requesting location. These options let you audit Requesting Location table maintenance activity for a specific date range for one or more Requesting Locations. This program also lets you delete Requesting audit records from the RequestingLocation Audit table and not print the report. Typically, these options are selected once you have printed a listing of Requesting Location audit records.Once deleted you cannot print audit records for the this Requesting Location and/or date range. Note: Audit trail records are maintained in the application only if your IC Company (IC01.1) is setup to audit Requesting Location maintenance activities.
