About UK201
Run P35 Listing to print a report of employee pay for government reporting purposes. You can create a printed report or an xml file. Only one PAYE number can be included on a single submission. IMPORTANT This program creates a complete xml submission. This means that all P14 data (i.e,. all employees) for a P35/PAYE number will be included in the xml file. Do not run UK201 for partial submissions. Lawson recommends running UK201 by company (i.e., no process level, processing group or employee criteria). When run by company, UK201 excludes records that do not match the PRM Permit Number automatically. Permit number must correspond to PAYE reference number. You can run this report at any time for reconciliation purposes. In addition, you can create a printed P60 report by employee. Be sure UK Year-End Construction (UK06.1) are set up appropriately for xml transmissions. There should be one UK06.1 record for each process level. In addition, the Permit Number should be a unique number to identify a PAYE reference number. The UK06.1 Tax Office Reference is the PAYE referencenumber.
