Order Entry Route

The Order Entry Route file contains all user-defined routes that are set up in the Lawson Order Entry system. If a company uses route processing, all orders are picked and shipped for customers in the order each customer appears on the route.

ORT-COMPANY Element: Company	Numeric 4 Identifies the AP company if the resource type = V. Identifies the HR company if the resource type = E. It is blank for type A, P or Q resources.
ORT-LOCATION Element: Location	Alpha 5 This field contains a valid stock location within the company inventory.
ORT-ROUTE Element: Route	Numeric 4 This field contains the route number. The route assigned to the ship to customer defaults from the Order Entry Route file. Routes are set up in OE60.1 (Routes).
ORT-STOP Element: Stop	Numeric 4 This field contains the stop within the route. If left blank, the stop associated with the ship-to customer defaults from the Order Entry Route file.
ORT-DAY-OF-WEEK Element: Day Of Week	Numeric 1 This field contains the day of the week the route is used. 1 = Sunday 2 = Monday 3 = Tuesday 4 = Wednesday 5 = Thursday 6 = Friday 7 = Saturday
ORT-CUSTOMER Element: Customer	Alpha 9 (Right Justified) This field contains the number that represents a customer who has a stop on the route.
ORT-SHIP-TO Element: Ship To	Numeric 4 This field contains the ship to customer's number that represents a stop along the route.
