About MA05.5
Use Reason Code (MA05.5) to define and maintain reason codes. You assign reason codes to chargebacks and invoices for tracking and analysis purposes. For example, a reason code can indicate why an invoice was charged back or why an invoice was processed for payment without a match. The reason code is also used when putting agreements on hold.
