About CXPRACPROC

The Practitioner Procedures file contains the valid procedures that a practitioner may perform at a company or entity. The Case Carts system uses this file to validate that the practitioner may perform a procedure. Validation occurs if the Proc Validate field in the Practitioner file equals Yes when you assign a procedure to the practitioner on a template or case. You build this file manually using CX04.1 (Practitioner). Note: For practitioner records built by CX507 (HL7 Pract and Staff Import), use CX04.1 (Practitioner) to assign procedures for the procedure validation feature. Each Practitioner Procedures record relates to one record in the Case Cart Practitioners file.
