About CX02.1

Use Procedures (CX02.1) to define and inquire on valid procedures to be used for cases. A procedure is uniquely identified by a procedure type and procedure code. In addition, you can use this form to add and inquire on attachments(comments) assigned to procedure codes. Attachments to procedure codes are meant to store the full, variable-length description for the procedure code. You can add procedures to the Procedure file using this form or by running the batch import program Procedure Code Import (CX502). You must add procedures in the Procedure file before you can assign them to a preference template, case preference list, or a pick list. Before you add procedures, identify the procedure type codes you want to assign to your procedure code sets.
