About AC09.1
Use Comment Type (AC09.1) to define and maintain codes for comments that are added to a product or maintenance contract. Commment types are used on Contract Product Comments (BR31.2), ProductContract Comments (BR31.1), Maintenance Schedule Comments (BR31.3), and Maintenance Product Comments (BR31.4). Comments can be used to filter the comments that are included on reports or other documents.
