PR11.5 - Employee Year-End PA TCD Override

Use PR11.5 (Employee Year-End PA TCD Override) to override the printing of theW2 description in Box 20 for PA local deductions. Data entered in this form is listed on Year End Parameters Copy/Delete (PR127) and reported by PR297 (W-2 Form Printing). The data item PA Local Combine by W2 Desc under topic W6 Other W2 options in Year-End Parameters (PR27.1) must be set to Y for PR297 to read data defined in PR11.5. When set to Y, the PR297 will combine Pennsylvania local tax amounts by W2 description. The W2 description will first default from the local deduction's tax authority, then from the PA TCD W2 desc defined in the Addl EIN button of your PA state tax authority, lastly from an override defined in PR11.5.
