This file contains Pay Rate change type records for employee position changes
to pay related fields, Work Schedule change type records for employee
contract work schedule changes to date and annual unit fields, and Add New
Contract change type records for employee position work schedule changes. The
Employee Contract Update (CW100 program) will create new contract segments for
Pay Rate change type records and will update existing contract segments for
Work Schedule change type records. The Employee Contract Mass Add (CW101
program) will create new employee contracts for Add New Contract change type
records.

An Add Contract change will create an initial contract assignment master or stop an existing contract assignment master and create a new contract assignment master for the new position or work schedule. A Term Contract is for automation of updates to the employee base contract when the position is used on a contract and the position level is ended or the employee is terminated. 1 = Pay Rate Change 2 = Work Schedule Change 3 = Add Contract 4 = Term Contract |
