CCT-EMPLOYEE Element: Employee	Numeric 9 Contains the employee number.
CCT-CONTRACT-YEAR Element: Cw Contract Yr	Numeric 4 Contains the Contract Year. A Contract is only allowed to be defined if a Contract Rule exists for that specific Contract Year.
CCT-POSITION Element: Position	Alpha 12 The employee's position defined on the PA13.1 program. There is a one to one relationship between employee's position (PAEMPPOS) and employee contract master (CWCONTRACT).
CCT-CONT-SEQ-NBR Element: Cw Cont Seq No	Numeric 12 Identifies a new contract segment for the employee contract master. An old and new contract segment may have the same time records generated for the same time record date based on a pay rate change. The contract sequence number will provide a link from the time record back to the segment's transaction amounts to update YTD Paid and Wage Balances.
CCT-WORK-SCHED Element: Code	Alpha 10 The employee's Work Schedule associated with their position. The Work Schedule contains the Contract Start and End Dates, Work Start and End Dates, Number of Pay Cycles, Annual Units, and Hours per Day used to calculate the employee contract full and prorated amounts and units and determines the frequency of the contract payouts.
CCT-EFFECT-DATE Element: Effect Date	Numeric 8 (yyyymmdd) The Effect Date will default from the Work Schedule's Work Start Date. A Pay Rate Change to the current Position will create a new contract segment for the employee contract master with a new Effect Date that aligns to the employee's position Effect Date. If the employee's Position Code and/or Work Schedule changes, a new Contract Master is created with a new Effect Date. The Work Start and End Date Range is used to count work days for the contract payout calculations.
CCT-END-DATE Element: End Date	Numeric 8 (yyyymmdd) The End Date will default from the Work Schedule's Work End Date as the Contract End Date and will be displayed on the Contract Master. This date may be overridden on the Contract Master if the contract is ended due to a retirement or early termination.
CCT-FULL-UNITS Element: Cw Full Units	Signed 18.6 Annual units determined by the number of days or hours between a Contract's Work Start and End Date Range defined on the Work Schedule.
CCT-FULL-AMT Element: Cw Full Amt	Signed 18.6 Full Salary Amount of the Contract that is determined by the Work Schedule's Annual Units x Hrs per Day x Employee's Position pay rate x FTE.
CCT-PRORATED-UNITS Element: Cw Prorate Unt	Signed 18.6 Number of work units from the Work Start and Work End Dates. The Work Start and End Date defaults from the Work Schedule or may be overridden on the Contract Master. Prorated Units will be calculated when a new contract master is created manually or through contract automation programs.
CCT-PRORATED-AMT Element: Cw Prorated Am	Signed 18.6 Calculated amount based on Work Units * Hours per day * Employee's Position Pay Rate * FTE. Prorate Amount will be calculated when a new contract master is created manually or through contract automation programs.
CCT-SCHEDULE Element: Schedule	Alpha 9 The PAEMPPOS Schedule the employee is associated with. For K12 processing this would represent the Step and Grade type schedule. This will default to the contract record from the employee position assignment. If the employee position changes a new contract record will be created that may contain a new schedule that will default to the contract record.
CCT-PAY-GRADE Element: Pay Grade	Alpha 3 The PAEMPPOS Grade will default to the contract and be displayed on the contract header. If the pay grade changes and the employee remains in the same the position, a new contract segment will be created with a new effective date for the new pay grade.
CCT-PAY-STEP Element: Pay Step	Numeric 2 The PAEMPPOS Step will default to the contract and be displayed on the contract header. If the step rate changes and the employee remains in the same the position, a new contract segment will be created with a new effective date for the new step rate.
CCT-PAY-RATE Element: Pay Rate	Signed 13.4 PAEMPPOS Pay Rate will default to contract and be displayed on the contract header. User may override this field value.
CCT-RIGHT Element: Right	Alpha 10 A contract right is defined as a user defined PCODE and may be assigned to an employee's contract record. Rights are used to identify what contracts need to be reviewed and an example would be short term contract, permit holder, or long-term substitute.
CCT-GROUP Element: Group	Alpha 15 A contract group is used for grouping contract records together for reporting purposes.
CCT-PAY-CODE Element: Pay Code	Alpha 4 The pay code is defined on the contract rule and will default to the employee's contract master and can be overidden. The pay code will be used for the time records generated for the employee contract payout.
CCT-PCD-SEQ-NBR Element: Pcd Seq Nbr	Numeric 4 The Pay code's Pcd Seq Nbr will be stored per employee contract segment record to link PRTIME YTD Paid and Balance amounts back to the Contract.
CCT-CHECK-GRP Element: Check Grp	Alpha 1 User assigns alpha or numeric value that will determine what records to group together to pay out on separate checks.
CCT-PROCESS-GRP Element: Process Grp	Alpha 1 User assigns an alpha or numeric value that will determine what records to group together for taxing purposes.
CCT-PAY-CYCLE Element: Cw Pay Cycle	Alpha 1 Occurs 9 Times The number of pay cycles will default to the employee Contract Master record from the Contract Rule or may be overridden on the contract. The CW130 will create time records based on the cycle selected on CW13 and the Pay Cycle parameter selected on the CW130 parameters. X
CCT-TAX-FREQ-OVER Element: Tax Freq Over	Numeric 3 Flag indicates if the amount should be taxed on a basis other than the pay frequency of the employee. CCT-DATE-OVER-FLG Element: Cw Dte Ovr Flg	Numeric 1 If the Effect Date, End Date, or Number of Pay Cycles are overridden on the Contract Master, the override flag will be set to 1- Yes. If a record is flagged as being overridden, the contract automation programs will not perform updates. Users will need to manually maintain the employee contract master. 1 = No 2 = Yes
CCT-PAY-PER-AMT Element: Cw Pay Per Amt	Signed 18.6 Displays the calculated next payment amount for the next pay period. Pay Period Amount is calculated by Prorated Amount/Number of Pay Cycles and will be calculated and stored when the contract is created or updated.
CCT-YTD-PAID-WAGES Element: Cw Ytd Paid Wg	Signed 18.6 The CW197 program will calculate and store this value which is determined by adding the earned wages (includes all Pay tied to the Contract Pay Class) + the Reserve amount (-/+).
CCT-YTD-DOCKED-WGS Element: Cw Ytd Dock Wg	Signed 18.6 The CW197 program will calculate and store this value which is determined by the employee's leave of absence. The docking wages are taken off the prorated amount to determine the wage balance left to payout for the contract.
CCT-WAGE-BALANCE Element: Cw Wage Balanc	Signed 18.6 The CW197 will calculated and store the Wage balance left to pay on the contract that is determined by the Prorated Amount - YTD Paid Wages - YTD Docked Wages.
CCT-YTD-PAID-UNITS Element: Cw Ytd Paid Ut	Signed 18.6 The CW197 program will calculate and store this value which is determined by the adding the Earned Units (associated with the Pay tied to the Contract Pay Class) + Reserve Units (-/+). Units are defined as days or hours on the Work Schedule.
CCT-YTD-DOCKED-UTS Element: Cw Ytd Dock Ut	Signed 18.6 The CW197 program will calculate and store this value which is determined by the employee's leave of absence. Docking Units are associated with the Docking wages. These units are taken off the prorated units to determine the units balance left to payout for the contract.
CCT-UNITS-BALANCE Element: Cw Unit Balan	Signed 18.6 The CW197 program will calculated and store the Units Balance on the contract that is determined by the Prorated Units - YTD Paid Units - YTD Docked Units.
CCT-UNITS-WORKED Element: Cw Units Wrkd	Signed 18.6 Actual number of days worked based on the Work Schedule. The CW197 program will store this value. Units worked per pay period multiplied by the hours per day and current pay rate determine the Earned Wages paid out on a Regular Time Record.
CCT-RESERVE-BAL Element: Cw Res Bal	Signed 18.6 Reserve Wage Balance calculated from last pay period. CW197 will calculate and stored this value by taking the Paid wages - Earned Wages.
CCT-RESERVE-UNITS Element: Cw Res Units	Signed 18.6 Reserve Unit Balance calculated from the last pay period. CW197 will calculate and store this value by taking the Paid Units - Earned Units where the units may be defined as days or hours.
CCT-CONT-PAYOUT Element: Cont Payout	Numeric 1 User can manually flag a contract to be paid out in full. CW130 will check this value and create time records for the amount left to pay out on the contract. Or the CW197 program will automatically update this value to 2 to indicate a contract has been fully paid out. 1 = No 2 = Yes; Payout in Full 3 = Payout Reserve Only
CCT-CONT-STATUS Element: Cw Cont Status	Numeric 1 If a user manually flags a contract to be paid out in full or the last payment created has paid out the contract in full, the CW197 program will automatically update this value to 2 (Closed) to indicate a contract has been fully paid out. CW130 will check this value and will not create time records for contracts with a Closed status. 0 = Open 3 = Void 9 = Closed
CCT-CONT-CLOSE-DT Element: Cont Close Dt	Numeric 8 (yyyymmdd) The CW197 program will automatically update this date with the Pay Period End Date when the contract has been fully paid out. where the Contract Status is updated to Closed.

CCT-TIME-STAMP Element: Time Stamp	Numeric 6 (hhmmss) Contains the server time (hour, minute, and second) when the record was last changed.
CCT-USER-ID Element: User	Alpha 10 (Lower Case) Contains the User Id of the person that last changed this record.
CCT-CREATE-DATE Element: Date Stamp	Numeric 8 (yyyymmdd) This is the date that this line was added to the table.
CCT-CREATE-TIME Element: Time Stamp	Numeric 6 (hhmmss) Contains the server time (hour, minute, and second) when the record was last changed.
CCT-CREATE-USER-ID Element: User	Alpha 10 (Lower Case) Contains the User Id of the person that last changed this record
CCT-FTE Element: Cw Fte	Signed 11.6 Contains the employee's position (PAEMPPOS) FTE used in the full and prorate amount calculations.
CCT-DAY-PER-PY-PRD Element: Day Per Py Prd	Signed 18.6 Tracks the number of days per pay period. This is calculated when a new contract record is added by Annual Units (from the Work Schedule) / Number of Pay Cycles . This is stored only and used by CW130 for computing Reserve Hours.
CCT-ROLL-OVER Element: Roll Over Flg	Numeric 1 Default is Yes. User may need to flag the contract to No if the employee has a short term contract and is pending full term status and has not been fully terminated. 1 = No 2 = Yes
CCT-UNITS-REMAIN Element: Units Remain	Signed 18.6 CW197 will calculate and store the Remaining number of days left to work on the Work Schedule that is determined by Annual Units - Units Worked.
CCT-UNIT-TYPE Element: Cw Unit Type	Numeric 1 Contains the type of units being used on the contract for Hours or Days, 1 = Hours 2 = Days
CCT-WORK-SCHD-CHG Element: Work Schd Chg	Numeric 1 Updated by CW100 when a contract segment has been updated with work schedule changes. If flagged as '2', the CW130 program will perform retro payout calculation processing for the contract segment. 1 = No 2 = Yes
CCT-PAY-CYCLES Element: Cw Pay Cycles	Numeric 3 The Pay Cycles field needs to be stored on the Employee Contract in order to properly calculate employee payouts. This value will initially default from the Work Schedule and can be overridden at the employee contract level.
CCT-BEN-ELIG-FLAG Element: Ben Elig Flag	Numeric 1 Allows users to indicate if the Base Assignment wages are eligible for benefit coverage 1 = No 2 = Yes
CCT-PAY-CHG-IND Element: Pay Chg Ind	Numeric 1 The CW100 Employee Contract update program will set this flag when a change is effective the same date as the contract segment. The CW130 employee contract payout program will use this indicator to perform retro payout adjustments. 1 = No 2 = Yes
CCT-STOP-DT-OVR Element: Override Flg	Numeric 1 Prevents automatic updating in order to preserve the manual overridden Contract Stop Date value. 1 = No 2 = Yes
