PR84.1 - Seniority Recalculation Inquiry
Use Seniority Recalculation Inquiry (PR84.1) to recalculate seniority
for an employee who transfers from full time to part time
**Processing Effect
When transferring to Part Time, PR84.1 uses the seniority
hours defined for the employee's union code in HRCodes (HR04.9] to create
total hours history based on the employee's Seniority Date.
When transferring to full time, PR84.1 creates a seniority date from
the total hours history.
Select the Update form action to update the employee's seniority information
with the newly calculated results:
If the an employee is newly full time, the seniority date is updated,
and the seniority hours are deleted.
If the employee is newly part time, seniority hours are added.
