To support all Infor, Kronos, and Microsoft customers and partners, Nogalis is offering our managed support services to any organization in need, with or without a pre-existing agreement. Click below to submit a support request.
- All Nogalis employees and contractors will begin working from their home office effective immediately and all travel is suspended until April 1st. If you had a scheduled visit to your site, your client representative will coordinate with you accordingly.
- Support hours will remain the same and support levels and procedures will remain unchanged.
- We’ve brought on board several additional consultants to help support customers as they face staff challenges.
- Our managed support customers will continue to follow normal procedures for contacting our staff by phone, by email, or by submission of tickets through existing protocols.
- We ask that you keep us posted of changes you make to your internal IT, Desktop, and Network support teams as they will help us support you better.
