LinkedIn provided three major updates to Sales Navigator, the company’s product designed to connect sales professionals with qualified buyers and prospective leads. The main feature will be the automatic integration of your Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application and identifying high priority leads and accounts. Sales Navigator will also be integrated with Gmail to allow direct access of contacts and leads within Gmail. The final update is given to the mobile app, with a discovery tab feature, easily designed for you to find new accounts and leads. With these iterations, LinkedIn hopes to boost the product’s appeal to sales professionals.
