LP31.1 - Employee Absence Plan Master

Use Employee Absence Plan Master (LP31.1) to maintain the dates that control absence plan processing, override calculation tables and the GeneralLedger and Project Accounting account information for each plan structure to which an employee or position belongs. LP31.1 has six tables: Dates, Balances, GL Accounts, Carryover, GL Accounts,Override Tables, and Payroll. The Date tab has a master override flag to prevent Employee Absence PlanUpdate (LP100) from updating the record automatically. This can be useful if arecord is added or ended manually and a group change occurs that would normally cause an update. The Date tab also has a link to the enrollment detail forms, if used by the absence plan. The system processes employee overrides before absence plans.
