AC247 - Activity Commitment History
Run Activity Commitment History Report (AC247) to print a list of source document information for historical commitments including transaction period and year, document number (invoice), item, description, and resource by activity, account category, and system.
*** Important Processing Information
Run Activity Commitment History Load (AC147) to record encumbrance balances and detail transactions from the ACCOMMIT and ACCOMMITX records. All open encumbrances at the time the report is run are included in the captures. AC147is required in order to generate a report for final commitments and encumbrances for prior period.
AC147 should be run when commmitments and encumbrances for a period reflect the final period-end status, just prior to GL197 and GL199. After running AC147 in update, use the on-line program Commitment History Analysis (AC47) orthe report Activity Commitment History (AC247) to report on historical encumbrance balances and detail.
