RQ50.1 - Issues History

Use Issues History (RQ50.1) to display the requisition issue history transactions. All transactions for an item delivered by a specific location are displayed in issued date sequence. You can narrow the inquiry by selecting a specific requesting location. The transaction, requisition, quantity, unit cost, notes and item type display. **Processing Effect For Inventory items, the following occurs: The issue (IS) transaction is created after WH32 (Shipping Feedback) has been released. The transfer (IT) transaction is created after WH32 (Shipping Feedback) has been released. The return (RR) transaction is created after RQ35.1 (Requisition Return) has been released. For Nonstock, special order (X), and Service items, the issue PO transaction is created after WH190 (Shipment Release) is run. RQ50 displays the requisition issue history transactions and their impact to the inventory of the "From" location only. A transaction with a negative quantity reflects that stock was removed from the "From" location and a positive quantity reflects that stock was brought into the inventory of the "From" location. The records being displayed were created to display the activity of the "From" company and "From" location only.
