TCMC Internal Program. Run PR775 (Labor Distribution Report) to produce a detailed listing of payrolldistributions by pay summary group combinations for a specified payment date range. User specifies the company, payment date range and pay period end date. Report sequence is company, process level, department, employee status, employee name, employee. NOTE : Payment Date Range : Starting date should be the day after the last payment date, with the ending date equal to the current payment date. Program Logic: Program uses PRDISTRIB via PRDSET1 as the main file. It also access the EMPLOYEE and PAYMASTR files. Records are selected if the payment date falls within the specified date range. Only PRDISTRIB records with a PRD-PCD-SEQ-NBR greater than zeros will be selected. For reporting purposes, pay summary groups are grouped together as follows: Regular = REG, STP, CBR Overtime = OT, DOT, COT, CDT, FLS, OTR Differential = PDD, PMD, NTD, HD1, HD5, CHD, INT Education = ED, EOT, EDT ALB = ALB, ABB ELB = ELB PTO = PTH, PTS, PTO, PTF, PTB Miscellaneous = OC, ORC, RAD, MSC, TRI, IC, FCM, FLX, JDD, RET, LUM, MLS Totals are reported for company, process level, department and employee status.
