Activity Currency Amount

This file holds values for both budgets and actual amounts only when multicurrency is an issue because the activity currency is different from the activity group currency. Budget information is stored in the budget's currency because the base currency values are stored in the Activity Budget and Activity Budget Detail files. Actual amount information is stored in the base (activity group) currency because the transaction currency values are stored in the Activity Master file.

ACU-PARENT-ACTV Element: Parent Actv	Alpha 15 The parent activity field contains the activity name of the member parent.
ACU-CURR-ND Currency Number of Decimals	Numeric 1 This field defines the number of decimals for the budget currency.
ACU-BALANCE-AMOUNT Element: Amount Balance	Signed 18.2 This is the amount balance for the current year.
ACU-BALANCE-UNIT Element: Units Balance	Signed 17.2 This is the unit balance for the current year.
ACU-BEGIN-BAL-AMT Amount Beginning Balance	Signed 18.2 This is the life-to-date amount up until the start of the current year.
ACU-BEGIN-BAL-UNT Units Beginning Balance	Signed 15.2 This is the life-to-date units up until the start of the current year.
ACU-LTD-AMOUNT Element: Life-to-Date Amount	Derived This is the sum of the Amount Balance and the Amount Beginning Balance fields for the fiscal year.
ACU-LTD-UNIT Element: Life-to-Date Units	Derived This is the sum of the Unit Balance and the Unit Beginning Balance fields for the fiscal year.
ACU-FACTOR Element: Factor	Alpha 15 The element that affects the budget change.
ACU-FACTOR-RATE Element: Factor Rate	Signed 14.7 You can type or select the rate that affects the factor. For example, you could type the inflation rate. If you select units and amounts, the rate is calculated.
ACU-MAINT-DATE Element: Maint Date	Numeric 8 (yyyymmdd) The date last changed.
