SL00.3 - Blank User Analysis Value
Use Blank/Zero User Analysis Value (SL00.3) to define a blank value as avalid user analysis value. Valid blank user analysis values must have a description.

A blank user analysis value is used in SL02.1 (User Analysis Value Relation)and The User Analysis Entry subform. SL02.1 is a mechanism used to define the valid user analysis value combinations (identified by classes) that are available for transactions in the account code for a specific detail or summary account. the User Analysis Entry subform is used to identify the user analysis values you want to associate with a transaction. When you identify information in these two forms, you must define all or none. The blank value does not create zero balances, it serves as a placeholder if you do not want to define a value for one user analysis.
For example, in the User Analysis Entry subform select a value for useranalysis 1, user analysis 2, a blank value for user analysis 3, and a value for user analysis 4.
Blank user analysis values do not display in SL00.1 (User Analysis Values).
