This is the intermediate vendor agreement line distribution table. It will contain all the fields in the existing POVADIST table, except the object ID fields for AC and GL commitments. This table will also contain some fields from the vendor agreement line and header for this distribution that are needed in the AC/GL budget edits.

Further, it is an indicator if period maximum edits will be enforced, if yearly maximum edits will be enforced for the spread amounts, or if no maximum edits will be enforced for the spread amounts.
