Employees are qualified for a position or job if they meet the education, competency, and certification requirements defined in PA08.1 (Qualifications). NOTE An employee's education must have a complete date or be in process tomeet the education requirement of a job. **More Information Employees who do not meet the defined qualifications can be authorized forthe position or job by using PA23.1 (Employee Qualification Override). You canalso include any employee who currently holds the job or position in the listing.
