IC195 - IC Receipts Audit Report
Run IC Receipts Audit Report (IC195) to print a list of all the field maintenance activity that occurred in the IC Receipts file. This report includes a document number and document type, the system code, the line number, the field description, before and after field values, and the date andtime the maintenance occurred. This report also includes the operator signed on to the terminal at the time the maintenance was done.
You can print this report for a specific company, and the other fields on the screen can be used to filter the records that display. You also have the option to print the audit maintenance activity for a specific date range.
This program also lets you delete IC Receipts audit records from the IC Receipts Audit file and archive the records. Typically, these options are selected once you have printed a listing of IC Receipts audit records. Once the records are deleted, you cannot print audit records for the same item(s) and/or date range. The audit file gets written to $LAWDIR/productline/work. The file name is IRADATA.
NOTE Audit records are maintained in the Inventory Control application only if the Audit IC Receipts Maintenance select is set to Yes for your company inCompany (IC01.1).
