LT28.1 - HRM Ethnicity Interface

Use HRM Ethnicity Interface (LT28.1) to view and edit Employee MultipleEthnicity data that was interfaced from Talent Management or other third-partysystem. If this is employee data, it will be updated to Employee Ethnicity (HR28.1). If this is applicant data, it will be updated to Applicant Ethnicity (PA28.1). These interface records are created with a status of 1 for Unprocessed andeach record contains key information from its Talent Management creation, suchas Create User ID, Create Date, and Create Time. The data can be updated in LT28.1, but changes should be done with caution.Any changes in LT28.1 could create a mismatch between HRM and the third-party data.
