This file contains the exceeded amounts for billed transactions that are applied to the ceilings in Activity Billing (BR00.1), Billing Detail (BR00.2), Ceiling Levels (BR00.3) and Contract Detail (BR10.2). The file includes the transaction obj id, activity, contract, ceiling level, and the exceed amount and units.
