BS31.1 - Web Pending Employee Benefits

Web Pending Employee Benefits (BS31.1) is used by benefits enrollment tocreate pending benefit records if the enrollment rules are setup to create pending benefits. When the employee say Add Benefits on the Final Confirmation, the webe will use this program to update the database. Once the employee has made an election, if he goes through the enrollment process againthe system will display his election from the pending benefit file. WARNING - This program is ONLY designed for MSS/ESS
