AC305 - Activity Audit Analysis Purge

Use AC Audit Analysis Purge (AC305) to delete audit analysis records for all five audit analysis types (Activity Group, Activity, Status, Structure, and Account Category Overrides) in a single job. You can also run the program fora single audit analysis type or any combination of the five. To list changes you can run the following inquiries: Activity Group Audit (AC88.1), Activity Audit (AC88.2), Status Audit (AC88.3), Structure Audit (AC88.4) and Activity Account Category Override (AC88.5). IMPORTANT: It is strongly recommended to add security so that only certain individuals can run the purge program to delete the audit records. If security is not added, a user could make changes and then delete the audit records that recorded the change.
